Day-of Coordination - Bonus Service!

• Up to 14 hours of on-site support with at least two JL Original Designs associates, including one Day-of Coordinator and one Assistant (based on event size).

• Vendor Coordination: Confirmation of all wedding details with vendors one month and one week prior to the event date.

• Wedding Day Timeline: Preparation of a detailed timeline and checklists to keep everything running smoothly.

• Venue Walkthrough: One week prior to your wedding, we’ll walk through your venue to finalize every detail.

• Décor Set-Up: Transfer and setup of décor and personal items, such as photos, candles, centerpieces, guest books, favors, programs, and more.

• Reception Coordination: Management of the reception timeline, including speeches, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and other key moments.

• Clean-Up Assistance: Help with cleaning and breakdown after the event (*additional fees may apply).

• Event Day Emergency Kit: Fully stocked to handle any last-minute surprises.
