A list of quick tips that will actually make the planning of  your wedding a pleasant experience. It’s never too early to starting planning your wedding.  Keep wedding planning fun to enjoy your engagement.  Planners or Day of Coordinators are great resource for a stress free wedding day.

The Venue

Make sure it is the correct size for your reception.
Check to see if the bar is include in the meal price.

Your DJ

Your DJ needs to be set up at least two hours in advance.
Please ask if they have backup equipment. 

Your Photographer

Are you comfortable with your photographer. They are personal paparazzi on your wedding day.
Create a shot list.
Share your final timeline with your photographer.

Your Videographer

Discuss with your videographer all the details you would like in your final video.
Look through the videographer’s social media and website for examples of work. 

Your Florist

Confirm set-up and break-down procedures. Check to see if there are extra fees.
Does your event florist handle other decor elements.

Your Cake

Schedule your cake tasting as soon as possible.
Let the baker know of any allergies.

Your Seating Chart

Yes, you have to do a seating chart, to avoid confusion and chaos. It will also help the catering staff serve the correct meal to your guests.
